Midnight Madness (Midnight)
Midnight is the horse that started it all- and led to a whole line of 'Midnight' names. Midnight was the first horse Cassidy ever owned, and the definition of a 'heart horse.'
Midnight is a 2006 Welsh/Quarter Horse who has done a little bit of everything over the years, but his heart lies in the jumper ring. These days he helps amateur riders learn the ropes in the jumper ring.
Morton's Sovereign (Sovereign)
Sovereign was Cassidy's childhood pony, and is actually Midnight's biological sire! He's now gelded, but is known for his feisty personality and bold attitude. He's a 1996 Welsh Section B pony. Sovereign is retired and spends his days basking in the sun and hanging out with his buddies.
Midnight Snack (Peanut)
Peanut is a 2013 Dutch Warmblood/Halflinger cross, and Cassidy's current personal horse. His personality is larger than life and he loves to be involved in anything that is happening around him. Peanut has what we lovingly refer to as a 'pea' brain, but excels in the jumper ring when he can focus his busy brain!
Jumping Jack (Jackson)
Jackson is a 2010 British Riding Pony/Connemara. Jackson is our resident jack-of-all-trades, competing successfully in the hunter and jumper rings, teaching our beginner and more advanced riders, and bossing our herd of horses around.
Evermore B (Brooke)
Brooke is a 2009 Morgan/Appy, who was initially purchased as a future lesson horse, but has been a spicy lady! She's well known for her kind, cuddly demeanour on the ground and her quick trot! Rumour has it Brooke loves to jump, and we look forward to exploring all of her abilities.
Brooke is also well known for her love of food- she will eat anything and everything; and stand outside in any weather if food is involved!
Merlin's Magic (Merlin)
Merlin is a 2013 miniature horse, who was initially purchased as a companion for our late Cooper, but has flourished with love and affection into a lovely leadline pony. Merlin truly bonds with his kids, and loves any snacks they bring him!
Bearley Dared to Hope (Hope)
Hope is a 2006 registered Paint with the kindest old soul. Hope has dabbled in Western pleasure; however, she is much preferring being a hunter lesson horse. Hope is easygoing and is a wonderful addition to the Midnight Meadows family.
Cash
Cash is a teenaged Quarter horse who has been a lifelong school horse. He's known for his calm, kind demeanour and his beautiful dun colouring. Cash is enjoying the slow-paced lifestyle that Midnight Meadows offers and spends his days hanging out with his buddies and teaching our youngest riders the ropes.
Mini Cooper (Cooper) - Gone but never forgotten
Cooper was a 5 year old miniature horse filly. Her personality was larger than life, and you'd most often find her glued to Sovereign's side (or standing underneath him!) Although Cooper was intended to one day be a therapy horse, she was primarily the Midnight Meadows mascot, greeter, and assistant in all things.
